Poverty problems, has already been being done?

Poverty as we knew is a great problems in our country that never finished to be discussed, less education becomes first case in the fact. Although amount of poverty from 17,7 million inhabitants declined until 16 million inhabitants on 2011 (source: http://www.pikiran-rakyat.com/node/171290 ), these are no effect even appear question "how can be occurred?". Indonesia as one of country that has greatest and various natural resources is paradise for foreign investors. Realize or not, we should not find people in some places become beggar and they took garbage for fulfill daily needs.

Government should be more responsible about these issues, they must be eagerly to reduce poverty with their policy and regulation. We know that government has some  programs as like PNPM (Program Nasional Penanggulangan Kemiskinan) and BLT (Bantuan Langsung Tunai) but "does it spread and receive evenly?". Either PNPM or BLT has been received by them, it just for short time. There are some meanings if the government does not serious to solve poverty exactly. Uncertainly and  slowly movement from government, it makes many people do not believe the government so that is why many unprofitable organization appear among them.

Now days many foundations who care on suburbia, because they did not believe promise what government said. They did not want to hear any promise. According to their opinion, they will be standing alone without government regulation. "crisis in believing" it is problem that have happened now day! The citizen who choose through pass election process none of work for citizen, now they are work for collecting wealth and have forgotten who have chosen them became as their condition now.

The constitution section 34 '45 mention that "the poor and waif are kept by country". Either poor or waif both until the day do not get attention from government, moreover if the indonesian crude price (ICP) does not low and the government will remove section 7 the section of APBN then it will be appearing new poverty. We hope the government take wisely for keeping suburbia and able to make them welfare. Because our country are wealth country which have many and various natural resources should not are balanced with growth of them. Finally, if we do not keep them, who will keep and give them pleasure although what we gave are not making wealth but it will be making them be happy.
